Thank you for participating in our Frequent Buyer Program! This program allows you to earn free or discounted bags of pet food from select brands. Below are the detailed rules and conditions of the program:

1. General Program Details
- Many of our food brands offer a Frequent Buyer Program. Typically, when you purchase a specified number of bags (e.g., 12 bags), you receive the 13th bag for free or at a discounted price.
- Refer to the program details for each brand at the end of this page for specific terms.

2. Free Bag Price Policy
- The free bag awarded will be the least expensive bag purchased among your last 12 qualifying purchases.
- If you choose a 13th bag that is more expensive, you are responsible for paying the price difference.

3. Tracking Purchases
- When shopping online, you cannot view your accumulated purchases toward the program. However, our system tracks this information through our POS system.
- You may call us at any time to check your progress.
- To ensure accurate tracking, please use the same phone number for all purchases, especially if you have shopped in-store before.

4. Notification and Delivery Options
- Once you accumulate the required number of bags, we will notify you by phone.
- The free or discounted bag can only be delivered with a new order. Alternatively, you may pay a $14 shipping fee for delivery of the free/discounted bag alone.
- Customers are welcome to pick up the free/discounted bag in-store at no additional cost.

5. Expiration Dates
- Some Frequent Buyer Programs have expiration dates. For example, programs for brands like Acana and Orijen may have specific timelines. Please check the details for your chosen brand.

6. Promotional Purchases
- Bags purchased as part of certain promotions, such as “Buy 1 Get 1 Free,” may not qualify toward the Frequent Buyer Program. This is determined at the discretion of the brand.

7. Brand and Store Variations
- Different stores or chains may offer variations in Frequent Buyer Program terms. For example, Tail Blazers Etobicoke offers "Buy 6 Get 1 Free" for Vital Essentials freeze-dried products, while other locations may offer "Buy 8," "Buy 10," or "Buy 12 Get 1 Free."
