Raw food & bulky/heavy kibble items: delivery is available within the GTA only. Other regular items: delivery availability and rates will be shown at checkout based on your address. Outside Our Delivery Area? If your address isn’t eligible, the checkout will indicate delivery is unavailable. You may choose in-store pickup (if offered) or contact us to explore options.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order and before 40% of the product has been used.

All returns must be processed in-store, including purchases made through our website. Please bring your proof of purchase (receipt, payment card, or order confirmation email).
