When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are shipped out over the weekend. Arrival time between 1pm and 8pm.

Order Cut Off Time?

Cut off time for delivery: Saturday 10AM.

Make sure you place your order before the cut off time, in order to receive it on time.

Can You Ship Raw Food?

Yes, however we are not responsible for the mishandling of products or products left unattended once they are delivered. 

Raw pet food should remain frozen until ready to be fed.
