Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping Schedule & Cut-Off Time

Orders are shipped every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11 AM. To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 10 AM. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.

You will receive a text message and email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or shipping carrier delays.

  • Downtown Toronto (Postal codes starting with M5, M4X, M4Y, M4W)

    • Free shipping on orders $88+ before tax
  • Etobicoke (Postal codes starting with M9, M8, M7)

    • Free shipping on orders $118+ before tax
  • Midtown, Scarborough, North York, Markham, Newmarket, Aurora

    • Free shipping on orders $138+ before tax
  • Stouffville & Brampton

    • Free shipping on orders $158+ before tax

Standard shipping fee: $12–$14 (Non-refundable)

Return Policy:

Refunds Policy Overview:

You confirm acceptance of our policy upon ordering.
Refunds are valid within 14 days of item arrival and before 40% usage.
Required for in-store returns: payment card or in-store receipt; online returns need confirmation email.

Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled pre-shipping.
Adjustments allowed for orders not yet shipped; call (416) 626-8245 for changes.

Return and Refund:
Frozen Foods cannot be returned.
Accept returns for shipped items and our errors (e.g., wrong/damaged items) with proof of purchase.
Report damaged or incorrect items upon reception for resolution.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items:
Frozen foods, certain supplements, and custom products are non-returnable.
Sale items (over 30%) and Gift Cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges:
Shipping labels for exchanges not provided currently.

Refunds:
Approved refunds credited to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Backorders:
In the event that your order cannot be immediately fulfilled in its entirety, we will contact you.
