Shipping Policy:

Please note that the shipping policy can change without prior notice to customers.  

Orders are shipped over the weekend, between 1pm to 8pm, depend on order volume. Cut off time is Saturday 10am. 

It is important to note that the delivery time cannot be guaranteed, as there may be factors that are outside of our control, such as weather conditions, traffic conditions, or shipping carrier delays. 

Shipping Fee:

Etobicoke and Downtown Toronto. Postal Code starts with M5, M9, M8, M7, M4X, M4Y, M4W. Minimum 118$ before tax for free shipping. 

Midtown, postal code starts with M4 (except M4X, M4Y and M4W). Minimum 148$ before tax for free shipping.

Scarborough and North York, postal code starts with M1, M2, M3 and M6. Minimum 188$ before tax for free shipping.

Markham, minimum 188$ before tax for free shipping.

Aurora, minimum 288$ before tax for free shipping. 

Shipping fee is 14$, 20$ for aurora area. Shipping fee is Non-Refundable.

Return Policy:

You confirm acceptance of our policy upon ordering.
Refunds are valid within 14 days of item arrival and before 40% usage.
Required for in-store returns: payment card or in-store receipt; online returns need confirmation email.

Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled pre-shipping.
Adjustments allowed for orders not yet shipped; call (416) 626-8245 for changes.

Return and Refund:
Frozen Foods cannot be returned.
Accept returns for shipped items and our errors (e.g., wrong/damaged items) with proof of purchase.
Report damaged or incorrect items upon reception for resolution.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items:
Frozen foods, certain supplements, and custom products are non-returnable.
Sale items (over 30%) and Gift Cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges:
Shipping labels for exchanges not provided currently.

Refunds:
Approved refunds credited to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Backorders:
In the event that your order cannot be immediately fulfilled in its entirety, we will contact you.
