We use a third-party local courier service. Once your order is dispatched, tracking will be provided.

At checkout, you can select an available delivery date and time window (options shown are based on your address).

Delivery Area (Important)

• Raw food & bulky/heavy kibble items: delivery is available within the GTA only.
  
• Other regular items: delivery availability and rates will be shown at checkout based on your address.

Outside Our Delivery Area?
If your address isn’t eligible, the checkout will indicate delivery is unavailable. You may choose in-store pickup (if offered) or contact us to explore options.
