Refunds Policy
By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.
Our policy lasts 14 days from arrival date. If 14 days have gone by since you received the item, or if you have finished more than 40% of the bag, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
In order to process your return in store, please be prepared to show the following:
- If paid with a debit or credit card: The debit/credit card used for the purchase
- For in-store purchases, and online orders picked up in-store: Your In-store Receipt
- For Online purchases: Your Confirmation Email

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
We also offer order adjustment service if your order is not yet shipped out. If you want to make any changes to your order, welcome to call us at (416) 626-8245 as long as it has not been shipped.
Return and Refund
*Frozen Foods CANNOT be returned once bought. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Return
We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like ALL FROZEN foods (anything taken out from the freezer), some supplements and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer shipping labels for exchanges and returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
